Supplies:

Large Mixing Bowl
Small Mixing Dish
Whisk
Measuring Cups and Spoons
Bath Bomb Molds (Inteye of Amazon is my recommendation!)
Plastic Bags for Storage

Ingredients:

1 Cup Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Citric Acid (Can Find in Bulk for Cheap Online or in the Canning Section of Most Grocery Stores [Ball Brand is Most Common])
1/2 Cup Epsom Salt
3/4 Cup Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons of Any Liquid Oil of Choice (Baby, Vegetable, etc.)
4 Teaspoons of Witch Hazel
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or Water)
30-40 Drops of Essential Oils/Fragrance Oils
1 Teaspoon Food Coloring of Choice

Yield:
Makes Approximately 5 Medium Bath Bombs
OR 4 Large and One Small Bath Bomb

Directions:
  1. Combine all Dry Ingredients (Baking Soda, Epsom Salt, Citric Acid, and Cornstarch) in the Large Mixing Bowl and Whisk Well Until Combined.
  2. Combine all Wet Ingredients in the Small Mixing Dish (Oil, Witch Hazel, Vanilla Extra/Water, Essential/Fragrance Oils, and Food Coloring) and Stir Well.
  3. Add the Liquid Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients VERY SLOWLY, Whisking it Evenly Throughout the Dry Ingredients Mixture.
  4. After All Liquid Ingredients Have Been Added, Use Hands (Gloves if Needed for Sensitive Skin) to Thoroughly Combine the Mixture - Mixture Should Hold Together When Squeezed Without Crumbling.
  5. QUICKLY Push the Mixture into the Molds and Press Pieces Together Tightly to Form a Sphere (This is a Fun Job for the Kids to Act as Assistants for You!) and Wipe Off Any Excess.
  6. After All Bath Bombs Have Been Formed (Waiting at Least 30 Seconds), Gently Tap Your Finger on the Outside of the Molds Until the Bath Bombs Release.  Leave to Air Dry Overnight (at Least 48 Hours) and Then Store Them in Airtight Plastic Wraps/Bags.
  7. To Use a Bath Bomb Immediately, Place it in the Fridge for 30 Minutes!

Enjoy!
